Natalie McClure is an American actor, educator, director, writer, and producer. She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Musical Theatre Performance from Western Michigan University. Acting Career: Natalie has performed in the Broadway sit-down production of Mamma Mia! in Las Vegas and has taken on multiple roles in New York, Chicago, and regional theaters across the United States. Her screen credits include appearances in television, films, and various national commercials for brands such as Labatts, 1-800 Contacts, Nike, Bissell, and L'Oréal Paris. Directing and Producing: As a co-founder of the all-female production team Trick Candle Productions in New York City, Natalie created, produced, and starred in the award-winning web series Kid Friendly. The series was featured at several film festivals, including Catalyst, Brooklyn Web Fest, Miami Web Fest, Lancaster International Short Film, and Top Shot film festivals. Notably, Kid Friendly was one of three finalists in the Storycentral LABS/CBS Interactive Accelerator Challenge, where Natalie and her team won a CBS Network Interactive development prize. Education and Advocacy: Natalie is dedicated to teaching the realities of the industry to her students, helping them create sustainable practices for a lifelong career in performance. She played a pivotal role in establishing the Education wing of the Portland Area Theatre Alliance (PATA) as the Education Chair. Natalie has coached voice, acting, self-tape techniques, and "The Business of Acting" workshops at institutions such as San Diego State University, Portland State University, PATA, San Diego Musical Theatre, and in her own studio.
